Jason says:
What a fantastic presentation. I thoroughly enjoyed the Encore performances. Every student who won a scholarship worked hard and earned it!
It would be great if the Encore program could include the criteria the judges use to determine the winners in the future. I clapped until my hands hurt for every winner, but at the same time it would have been nice to know why they won.
James Craley says:
Thank you for letting us know your thoughts. We will make a note to put that in our script next year.
Ashlyn says:
Will group awards be announced soon?
James Craley says:
We are now doing all scholarships and not doing group awards anymore. We have increased the scholarships from $4,000 to $25,000 this year. It is more important that we celebrate our students for their outstanding work, regardless of the school they come from.
